The service requirement includes the supplier to undertake participant surveys using a specific questionnaire at 3 leisure facilities in receipt of Sport England Strategic Facilities Fund projects. Two surveys must be completed at each site - the first survey must be completed within the first 10 days of opening to understand the baseline activity levels of users. The survey is then repeated with a proportion of the same participants 3 months later to understand how the facility has impacted their activity levels over a period of time.
