Transport assistance may be provided in various ways including a bus pass for use on public services, an escort to accompany the child on foot or on public transport, a mini bus or, in very exceptional circumstances, an individual taxi. However, the expectation is that as the pupil grows older and matures they will come to use public transport wherever possible.
