The BBC looked for an external provider to build the effectiveness of its senior leaders. There were two requirements: 1. A development programme for new and prioritised senior leaders from all divisions and functional areas of the BBC, including staff from public service and commercial areas, based across the UK and throughout the world. The previous programme targeted at BBC Senior Leaders was predominantly internally designed and delivered.
