What the buyer wrote

The low level support framework agreement will deliver a range of housing related support services that enable vulnerable people to achieve or maintain independent living in the community. These services are preventative in nature, delivering cost effective support that achieves positive outcomes for clients and reduces the potential of more costly interventions. The crisis intervention service will provide very short term, intensive housing related support to meet identified needs that have arisen due to a crisis situation or a significant change in circumstances.
