St Helens Council; Building Services Consultancy Service

The Council is seeking to create a framework of up to four Consultants to support its internal Building Services design team in the delivery of day to day and minor works projects within the public building and school estate. It is intended that this framework be in place for two calendar years with the option to extend this by two individual years. There is however no guarantee of work during the period of the framework.
