The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for Vulnerable Children’s Independent Visiting Service Framework which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Authority requires the appointment of an Independent Visitor in respect of Bolton Looked After Children, and where it is assessed by social care that it would be in the child or young person’s (“the Child”) best interest to do so.
