TC443/LC - Boating Lake, Transport and Helium Ballons at Heaton Park

The contract is divided into 3 lots to provide the following at Heaton Park. Lot1Boating Lake -The City Council through an external operator currently provides a ?boats for hire? attraction at the boating lake at Heaton Park and is seeking to continue and/or extend this facility in the future. Lot 2 Transport - The City Council requires the provision of transport as an attraction in the Park, as a novelty means of transport and for members of the public to access the wider areas of the park.
