The London Borough of Hounslow is recommissioning its health and wellbeing service. The aim of this is to introduce a high quality integrated health and wellbeing service that meets the needs of the local population, is person centred and builds on community assets to improve the health and wellbeing of our population and reduce health inequalities. The service will predominantly cover the following lifestyle factors: smoking; inactivity; healthy weight (including child weight management); and modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
