The overarching intention is that services for children and young people in Northamptonshire must be high quality, meet financial objectives and be sustainable. Creating an independent and professionally led organisation is considered the best way to realise this ambition. DfE requests quotes from providers to provide legal support to the trust set-up project and advise the emerging trust during contract negotiation - working with the suite of programme and legal template documents produced for the DfE.
