West Sussex County Council are currently considering the options available to them with regards to the provision of learning and development services across the organisation from April 2017. One of the options being considered is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System. However the Council would like to consult with existing and new providers to explore the most advantageous route and discuss our strategic plans for the services we will purchase from 2017.
