We intend to go out to tender on the 7th November for the below project; The works comprise of the demolition of the existing Estates Building and all associated out house buildings, including demolition of the ground floor slab and foundations. The existing Boiler House building is also to be demolished to ground floor slab and the existing basement is to be filled with 6F2. The bottom of the basement slab is to be punctured for drainage purposes. Asbestos strip works will be undertaken direct by the Client before demolition occurs.
