What the buyer wrote

The Signals Labour Framework will mainly address shortages in the TfL network. As a result, the labour resources will not be working full-time. The services required will be on an as-needed basis by TfL. The working hours will vary between day, night, bank holidays, Christmas and weekend shifts (based on engineering working hours of LU or network rail). The resources must have the necessary skills and expertise within the disciplines listed at the time the contract is called off. Additionally, they must possess IRSE licenses, relevant work experience, medical certification, and any other requirements specific to their role.
