This contract is to support the delivery and ongoing development of Regional Adoption Agencies (RAAs) in the capacity of a professional adviser, and to serve as an adviser to the Department on practice and leadership in the adoption system. The primary role of the adviser will be to lead, facilitate and set the strategic direction of the RAA Leaders Group.
