Taxi and Private Hire Marshalling Services

The high level scope that the service provider is expected to provide includes providing marshalling activities at late night ranks at busy periods as directed by TfL, providing marshalling activities to cover mainline stations as directed by TfL and providing marshals and on-street officers for ad-hoc duties and initiatives as required to meet new emerging requirements. The Taxi and Private Hire Marshals will assist in making taxi and private hire services safer and more accessible for the public, increase the supply of available taxis and private hire vehicles late at night and provide a safe waiting environment for passengers and drivers.
