Trowbridge Town Council requires a M&E Design Consultant who specialises in the design in HVAC systems to review the system at Trowbridge Civic Centre with a view to provide specification to contract works. The current ASHP is non-operational, its current design has been been difficult to maintain, has not been fit for purpose and requires review before procuring replacement works.
